Verdicts and Settlements

It has been our privilege to help clients and other lawyers who have associated with us gain large verdicts and settlements - including several of the largest in Northeastern North Carolina or the entire State for particular years. 

The facts of every case are different, and the law that applies to each case is different.  The fact there have been large recoveries in past cases does not guarantee that there will be the same recovery in current and future cases. 

Often with large settlements, a condition of the payment is that specifics not be disclosed.  Many other times, our clients wish to keep the terms of their settlements private.  In either case, we consider these to be Confidential Settlements.
