Sanford Thompson has been a certified mediator since 2001. Since that time, he has served as a mediator in hundreds of cases. He is frequently chosen to mediate large, complicated cases. He has taught mediation techniques to other lawyers. |
| Mr. Thompson has also been selected to serve as an arbitrator in many cases. Arbitration is a process similar to a trial in which the arbitrator or a panel of arbitrators listens to the evidence and renders a decision. Arbitrators are the judge and jury in such situations. |
